Join Shaun for a 60 minute Donation Based Flow class!
These classes are the perfect chance to get to know her teaching style and learn more about her upcoming Yoga Teacher Training hosted at Child’s Pose starting in April!
Come relax and unwind with healing sounds provided by Shelbi Drake. This 60 minute practice incorporates the use of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs which encourages the nervous system to relax and the mind to settle.
Mats and some props will be provided, but be sure to bring whatever blankets, pillows, eye masks, and comfy clothes you need to fully relax!
Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time so you can get set-up. We will lock the doors once we begin.
