What's the deal with parking?

There is plenty of free street parking! You can park directly on La Cienega Blvd. directly in front of the studio, on either of our cross streets Cullen Ave or Alvira Ave, or on La Cienega Ave just 2 blocks from the studio. Scroll to the bottom of this page for a photo of available free parking options.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

If you do not have a mat or happen to forget yours, we have mats available to rent for $4. Props are available for free use to everyone.

Are there showers at the studio?

We do not have showers. There are two bathrooms available, one of which is large enough to comfortably change in before or after class.

Is there water available?

We have a water refill station available for anyone who brings a refillable water bottle. We also sell cold beverages for $3

Do you offer class packages?

We have an Unlimited Membership that includes unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes and most studio events, or a Mini Membership that includes 4 credits per month.

Do you offer drop ins or do I need to sign up ahead of time?

All classes are based on space available, so we highly recommend singing up ahead of time. That being said, we do welcome drop ins for all regularly scheduled classes.
